AquaCore OS is a water delivery management system. To provide our service, we collect the following information:

• Account information: phone number, name, role (manager, driver, or customer), vehicle details (if applicable), and a secure PIN for authentication.
• Customer profiles: name, address, area, customer type (Domestic/Corporate), bottle pricing, security deposit, empty bottle count, outstanding balance, and contact preferences.
• Order details: quantity ordered, delivered, empty bottles returned, cash received, bottle price at time of order, delivery notes, and customer signature for delivery confirmation.
• Payment information: amount, payment method (Cash, Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash), and transaction reference.
• Device information: push notification token to send you order updates and alerts.
• Business profile: for tenants, we store business name, logo, and default settings (bottle price, security deposit).
• Offline data: if you are offline, we temporarily store pending orders or deliveries on your device until you reconnect, then securely sync them.
• Login preferences: if you choose "Remember Me," we store your phone number and PIN securely on your device.

2. Information we do NOT collect

• We do not track your precise GPS location continuously. Location permissions are requested only for potential future delivery verification, but not used in the current version.
• We do not access your contacts, photo gallery, or files outside the signature pad for delivery proof.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

3. How we use your information

• To authenticate you using your phone number and PIN.
• To manage orders, payments, and outstanding balances accurately.
• To capture electronic proof of delivery via signature.
• To send you push notifications about new orders, pending deliveries, or updates.
• To enable offline order creation so you can work even without internet.
• To back up data securely to protect against loss.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database with strict access controls. Your PIN is encrypted using industry‑standard hashing. Offline data is cleared from your device once it is successfully synced. Business logos and images are stored securely. All data transmissions are encrypted. Backups are stored in a secure, encrypted environment.

5. Third‑party services

• Secure cloud database and authentication services.
• Push notification services to send you timely alerts.
• Backup and hosting services to ensure availability.
• We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

6. Your rights

You can review, update, or delete your personal information through the app. Managers can manage customer profiles, orders, and payments. If you wish to delete your account or data, please contact your plant manager or reach out to us directly. Offline data can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing browser site data.

7. Children's privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please fill out the form at Delete My Data. We will delete your data as quickly as possible and confirm via email.
